1. Disconnect a WhatsApp number
In Confirmo: Connections → WhatsApp → “Disconnect number”. This stops sending, removes Confirmo's subscription from your WhatsApp Business Account at Meta, and deletes the access token from our systems immediately.
2. Remove Confirmo from Facebook
On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Confirmo → Remove. This revokes any access you granted Confirmo on your account.
3. Delete your account and store
Email us at help@confirmo.info from your registered email or mobile number with “Delete my account” and your store's name. We'll confirm with you and delete the account, store and its customers' data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).
4. If you're a store's customer
Your data (name, phone, address) is deleted automatically 90 days after the order. To delete it sooner, contact the store you ordered from, or email help@confirmo.info with your number and the store's name and we'll pass the request on and carry it out.
